Look who's starting to CRAWL!!!

Notice how he starts out on the blanket.

First he pushes with his arms.

Hey Mom, look at me!

Then he starts to twist and pivot, notice he pretty much just uses his upper body.

Boy, that was a lot of work, I'm all tuckered out! I think I will take a rest!

Inching his way off the blanket, pushing backwards but finally starting to use his toes and knees some.

Still trying!

Hey Mom! I'm off the blanket!

Love that "Elvis hair"!

Pushing so hard!

This is as far as I can go, Mom! I'm up against the dresser!

Love that baby boy!

Favorite Things about SD

-Family everywhere!

-The dark, lush, green grass and trees.

-The friendliness of everyone from the farmers waving to you on back roads to the little old ladies in the grocery store pinches the baby's cheeks.

-It only takes 5 minutes to get across town.

-Everything is a little cheaper from the restaurants to the video rentals.

-Toads to chase.

-Did we mention Gmas and Gpas?!

-Aunts, uncles and cousins!

-Sometime you just wanna go where everybody knows your name!

-Dew on the grass in the morning.

-Unbelievable sunrises and especially spectacular sunsets.

Favorite Things about CO

-Perfect weather, and boy do I mean perfect. No A/C needed, just open the windows and feel the cool, crisp (dry) breeze. (But get your sprinkler system and chapstick ready, it's dry here!)

-Snowboarding, hiking, biking, camping, skiing, white-water rafting, boating, fishing, walking!

-No bugs. Maybe a few fruit flies but really, no bugs!

-Healthy minded individuals everywhere. People take fitness very seriously out here.

-The best peaches you have ever tasted (Western Slope).

-Great friends and neighbors.

-Authentic Mexican burritos and green chile to die for.

-Hello! The shopping rocks! From flea markets to Outlet Malls, chain retailers to boutiques, we have it all within a 30 minute drive.

-Thanks to being a 'mile high' you can get an awesome tan (or burn) in as little as 2 hours.

-Rocky Mountain Highs (insert John Denver song here.) The mountains are unbelievable and you cannot help but feel closer to God when you are up on top of a Fourteener. It's intoxicating.
