Where does the time go?! October Recap...

We had Adam here for a couple of days, maybe even a whole week in October. We also had a sad experience, saying goodbye to Grandma Katie. We traveled back to SD for a few days, got to see Gma and Gpa and saw Uncle Jay as well. We remembered Grandma Katie for the loving, warm, hard-working woman she was. The kids and I each got a dolphin to remember her by, as she loved dolphins. We are at peace knowing she is in good hands, can rest now, and can be with Grandpa Sy and Uncle Rich.

When Adam came back to get us for the funeral, we made a stop at the local pumpkin patch. It's also a mini-farm of sorts. We picked up fresh roasted green chiles, honey with the comb still in, and cookies along with the pumpkins of course!
